I would to thank the funeral home for taking care of my grandfather - Ravi Nandah. It was very heart warming and comforting to feel cared for and nurtured by the funeral home during this difficult time for my family. I would also like to comment on your professionalism and empathy that you showed on the day of the funeral. My grandfather would have been very pleased with such a wonderful service. Thank you again for all your help, hugely appreciated. (Vinala Vaka Levu)

I'm sorry it's taken me so long to say thank you...My husband, Chris, my family, mothers, sisters and their families and myself were in awe of the way you conducted yourselves during the time of our fathers tangi. We were very please with the way everything went from your staff ... A big thanks once again and God bless you all. (Kind regards, Margaret, Chris and whanau).
Recently our mother passed away and I was very fortunate to choose Waters Funerals to help me through this time. They were a very dedicated team and I was happy with all aspects of their assistance to us. Richie & Caroline "walked" us through the entire experience and helped us with the paperwork, services, programs, placing the notice etc. They also listened to all of our requests and then implemented them efficiently. I also feel I should add that costs were a consideration and they enabled us to have a very good funeral which was also at a very reasonable cost.
Thank you once again, to the entire team, you helped us to make the experience a wonderful "celebration" of life which our family will always be grateful for. (Henare & Carol Reti and the Johnson Family)
